2. What are the electrical specifications of the Rapid Release Technology?

The Rapid Release is battery operated. Battery and charger are included with the Rapid Release package, and can be used internationally with an appropriate plug adapter.

Note: The lithium ion battery can be charged at any time without reducing its service life. Interrupting the charging procedure does not damage the battery.

3. Is there a Payment Plan available when purchasing the Rapid Release?

We can not offer payment plans for this product, however, we do accept payment through PayPal which may offer payment plan options for you at the time of purchase.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy (15% re-stocking fee applies.) Buy it and try it in your clinic. If you aren't satisfied within the first 90 days, we will gladly accept a return for a refund of 85% of the purchase price.

5. What is the warranty for the Rapid Release?

The Rapid Release comes with a 2-year parts and labor warranty. Warranty service and support is through the manufacturer directly 949-415-4778 or online at rapidreleasetech.com and does not include shipping.

6. What is a small acutuator?

It is the small tip on the rapid release. Often it is used for small joints and acupuncture points.

7. Can I purchase separately the Rapid Release book that Kimberly wrote?

The book is included with the Rapid Release Unit when purchased from this website and is not sold individually. 8. What are the Contra indications?

Use of the Rapid Release Tool is contraindicated in these scenarios:

  • Pregnancy
  • Pacemaker or defibrillators
  • Directly over tumors, open wounds, inflamed areas or anyone w DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis)

9. What are the Safety Precautions?

Don’t use in bath / shower
Don’t use on reproductive organs
Pre-adolescents may be hypersensitive
Keep hair and loose jewelry clear of vents
Limit treatment time to 2-5 min per area, depending on size of area
If you have any doubts, err on the side of caution and do not use.
Do not use massage oils or lotions with the Rapid Release as they can cause deterioration of the plastic.
